J9 Collective

Meeting a high stakes moment -

requires a bold move.

I work with established Black women who are navigating systemic complexity, toxic work environments, and institutional reckoning. I build strategic exit plans, principled playbooks, and life work portfolios so that women can move with intention into a life of greater income, influence, and impact.

Are You Ready to Move strategically?

Take the Strategic exit spectrum Assessment To understand where you are —and what’s possible next.

You’ve done everything “right.”

You’re accomplished. Capable. Respected.

And still…

You’re carrying more than your role requires.
You’re making decisions without the support you deserve.
You’re navigating systems that don’t fully see you—but expect everything from you anyway.

Somehow, it’s just not working anymore.

The question may not be whether or not to leave. The question might actually be how to leave strategically.

The J9 Collective Method

  • Structure

I’ve built a framework based on 7 timeless and universal principles that anchor you through life and career transitions.

  • Support

The format of a group coaching experience provides a strong cohort for you to grow alongside.

  • Results

You will generate actual results through the implementation of the principles we explore as well as the playbook, and the portfolio you will create.

About Chanda

Chanda is a leadership strategist, educator, and cultural architect building spaces where Black women lead with clarity, conviction, and cultural power.

With nearly two decades of experience in the classroom, she has taught, directed, and designed learning experiences across English, dance, and theatre—shaping not only curriculum, but confidence, voice, and vision.

She is an artist and performer, trained in discipline and expression, and a former titleholder of the Ms. Black USA pageant. She carries that same presence into her work as a speaker, facilitator, and strategist.

Her leadership spans the arts and nonprofit sectors, where she has served on and led boards, developed programming, and contributed to the cultural fabric of her community.

She is the author of Your Guide to a Modern Kwanzaa Celebration and the founder of Living Kwanzaa 365, where she translates cultural principles into modern leadership practice.

She is also a wife, a mother, and a proud descendant of the Gullah Geechee people—bringing lineage, lived experience, and intention into everything she builds.

Her work is rooted in one belief: when Black women lead with intention, everything changes.
